Job Title: Nearshoring Partnerships Assistant

Job Summary: The Nearshoring Partnerships Assistant will play a key role in connecting the areas of Human Resources, Recruitment, clients, and employees to enhance the overall experience of our personnel on the account. This role will act as a bridge between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact between the Talent Resource Manager, Human Resources, and Recruitment departments to improve the employee experience and streamline processes.
Collaborate with the Resource Manager and other teams to manage and oversee commercial agreements, ensuring all terms are adhered to.
Act as a liaison for any inquiries regarding departmental processes, providing clear and concise information.
Assist in maintaining department documentation, ensuring that it is up to date and readily available for any procurement or bidding processes.
Support ongoing projects that aim to optimize nearshoring operations and improve efficiency in collaboration with our partners.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively across different teams and departments.
Experience in human resources, recruitment, or similar areas is a plus.
Familiarity with commercial agreement processes and documentation management.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency is required.
