Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement. The FP&A Associate will drive reinforcement of policies, rules, procedures, and guidelines throughout the end-to-end Stewardship & Reporting, Budget Administration and Controls processes. This position will process all received requirements in a timely and accurate manner, according to the assigned transaction process. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Steward and communicate budgets, establish and approved POs, track and monitor expenditures
Ensure accurate OPEX reporting, accrual submission and monthly reporting
PO Creation
PO Maintenance
PO Tracking
Actuals Tracker maintenance
Invoices tracking, ticket submission to inquire on invoice status
MRMID reporting and creation
Planning and Budgeting report and tracking for all expenses
Escalate issues in accordance with escalation policy
Analyze support cases types to develop recommendations for improving FP&A processes and performance of the team
Any other duties deemed appropriate by either Accenture or the client
Ensure all Buyers processes and controls are adhered per policy
