Your Opportunity
In this role you will get to work with different people around the globe, providing you an opportunity to develop insight into other cultures while developing in a very familiar environment. You will learn on the go about all the processes related to your role and how Bacardi works worldwide with all its brands. You will have the chance to build strong relationships and networking by providing support to our internal clients and maybe even enjoy one or two mojitos to celebrate with them and your team Bacardi’s milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES
With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
Concur support, maintenance, follow up and point of contact (POC).
Report creation and dashboards maintenance.
Audit of expense reports in Concur.
Idocs review, correction, and root cause elimination.
Handling of MDG for employees
Accrual reporting.
Provide support in Concur open items follow ups.
Provide trainings and maintain calls when needed with our internal clients.
Assist in creating documentation and training materials when needed.
Finding opportunity areas to create and implement improvement proposals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
English proficiency - 80%
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Sense of urgency and proactiveness.
Intermediate Microsoft knowledge
Previous Accounts Payable (AP) experience is a plus.
