Job Description
Font Desk Sr Associate works at the front desk or reception area, welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out, managing inquiries, reservations, and communication channels, processing payments and maintaining accurate records, must have a procurement process knowledge and follow-up of purchase orders, invoices and vendors requirements, coordinating with other departments for guest services, is responsible for providing excellent service by greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. They must possess strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize task. Should have a professional and friendly demeanor and be able to handle various administrative duties efficiently.
Qualifications
High school graduate, some higher learning is a plus. Availability to work onsite and good presentation and etiquette, good practical knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly Excel and Word٫ and proficiency in English (oral and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational٫ multitasking and problem-solving skills, 1–2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
