Especialista en Gestión de Cambio
Requisitos:
• Bachillerato o licenciatura en psicología, administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines
• Experiencia de más de dos años en gestión de cambio para proyectos de transformación (como implementación de nuevos procesos, sistemas o estructuras organizacionales)
• Deseable certificación en Gestión de Cambio
Como Especialista de Gestión de cambio, abordarás distintas actividades tales como:
Acompañar en la ejecución de estrategias de gestión de cambio (incluyendo estrategias y acciones para gestión de capacitaciones, comunicaciones, cultura y clima organizacional)
Apoyar en procesos de transformación e impactos en el cambio humano, entre otras.
