Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in multiple e-commerce brands. Their mission is to provide exceptional order fulfillment for their customers.
They are looking for a Contract Customer Service and Sales Support to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon, e Commerce, and Shopify, as well as 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Answer questions about products and services
Process orders and refunds
Track orders and provide shipping updates
Work with other team members to improve customer service
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in e-commerce customer service and sales support
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, e Bay, Faire, Shopify, and Magento.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
