We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Operations QA & Operations Specialist to support the quality assurance and operational processes for our content team. This role will work closely with senior and junior copywriters, project managers, and design teams to ensure that copy decks meet the highest standards before final delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality control in copywriting and operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copy Quality Assurance:
Review and Remediation: Conduct QA reviews of copy decks created by Senior Copywriters, ensuring adherence to client feedback, hyperlinking guidelines, sentence casing, styling, and template consistency.
Foundational Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve foundational copy issues (such as formatting, styling, and template conformity) before passing the copy decks to the Copy QA Lead for tone and voice adjustments.
Reporting and Analysis: Document and report recurring copy and template issues to the broader copy team to support continuous improvement and standardization of content quality.
2. Copy Operations:
Template Population: Take final copy outputs from Junior Copywriters and accurately populate them into appropriate copy deck templates. Ensure the proper content structure, selecting the right components (e.g., accordions vs. headlines/text) for optimal user experience.
Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to ensure that copy deck components align with the overall visual design of the project.
Project Management: Upload completed copy decks to Airtable, update request statuses, and notify project managers and client reviewers of completion.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content operations, copy QA, or a similar content management/quality role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Airtable, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with copy deck templates and copywriting standards is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify copy inconsistencies and ensure content adheres to established guidelines and templates.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with copywriters, designers, and project managers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot copy issues, identify patterns, and propose solutions for process improvement.
Advanced English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with digital content creation processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of tone and voice editorial adjustments (a plus).
