How you will make an impact:
- Provide routine accounts payable support including ensuring the accuracy of the supplier's data (e.g., financial data, tax filing status) or accuracy and timeliness of invoice processes with supervision.
- May assist in accounting projects as needed (e.g, internal, external, year-end, and SOX audits).
- Resolve issues to bring invoices to closure by collaborating with other departments or suppliers.
- Provide routine administrative support, including computer file organization and mailbox monitoring.

What you’ll need (Required):
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Directly related experience working in accounting support Preferred
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP application; preferably JDE
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements in accounting as it relates to their location/region/function
- Basic knowledge and understanding of local GAAP/GAAS as it relates to function
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel), ERP application (e.g. JDE), and other functionally related systems
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail
