Revenue Growth via Affiliates: Drive sales and revenue via affiliates, influencers, and content creators, consistently increasing revenue generated through affiliate links and influencer promotions (cross-platform).
Expansion of Affiliate Network: Continuously grow the and educate the affiliate network, onboarding new influencers regularly and keeping existing affiliates engaged and active.
High Quality Affiliate Content and Conversion Rates: cultivate relationships with affiliates and influencers who produce content that resonates with their audiences, resulting in high engagement rates and conversion rates.
Affiliate Motivation and Incentives: Increase affiliate engagement through incentives, promotions, rewards, and other structured programs.
Affiliate Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all influencers and content creators adhere to compliance guidelines and represent the brand positively, protecting its reputation and maintaining trust with customers.
Monthly Affiliate Campaigns: Runing end-to-end monthly Affiliate campaigns and contests to improve content production, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
Affiliate Community Management: Building strong, positive relationships with influencers and content creators 1:1 (email, SMS, Whats App) and as a group / community (Discord, Slack, etc) to share best practices, campaign updates, incentives, and create a sense of community.
Trend Analysis and Best Practice Identification: Stay current in trends, hashtags, music, best practices, platform changes, and evolving consumer expectations, adapting the affiliate/influencer program accordingly to remain effective and competitive.
Daily and Weekly Affiliate Communication: Clear and effective communication via email, newsletters (Klaviyo), with influencers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and campaign strategies.
Primary Role Objectives:
Establish and run a formal, scalable, and effective affiliate onboarding and support program to onboard, train, motivate, and support affiliates who support the brand via content creation (via Upfluence, Euka.ai, Tik Tok Open Collab, and other tools)
Build and operate an ongoing communications, training, support, and incentive program to keep Affiliates engaged and producing content. Distributing samples, developing ongoing Klaviyo emails, monthly Affiliate meetings and trainings, research sharing, community portal, etc.
Support Affiliate relationships via “Tiers” with the most critical and high performing affiliates receiving “white glove” treatment (weekly check-ins, content support, content boosting, etc) and other tiers receiving appropriate support to encourage growth.
Regular Role Activities:
Identify high performing Tik Tok content and best practices to disseminate these to other affiliates and “boost” content via paid ads (ie: Spark Ads) to ensure the best content is being produced and popularized.
Support Targeted and Open Collab opportunities on Tik Tok
Manage monthly Affiliate payouts and notices via Go Aff Pro
Research new Affiliate management tool opportunities
Support Affiliate sample requests and associated follow-ups
Results tacking, scorecard management, and communication – both internally and externally with Affiliates
Weekly performance check-ins with the team
Collect and recommend content to boost via Tik Tok Spark Ads
