Your Mission:
As a Video Content Scheduler, your mission is to craft high-quality, engaging titles and descriptions for video content, ensuring smooth uploads and optimizing metadata to drive engagement and discoverability. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand presence and driving subscription growth as part of our dynamic partner team.
Key Responsibilities:-Write and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance content visibility.-Follow the content calendar to schedule uploads across various tube sites.-Ensure all content meets length, keyword, and narrative requirements.-Report and resolve any issues with the video clips promptly.
Your KPIs:
We believe in data-driven success. Your performance will be measured by:-Upload Accuracy Rate: Percentage of clips scheduled without errors in metadata.-On-time Upload Rate: Percentage of clips uploaded on or before the deadline.-Engagement Metrics: Average views, likes, comments, and shares per clip.Outcomes:

Behavioral Characteristics:-Attention to detail.-Strong time management skills.-Adaptability to trends and platform updates.-Creative thinking.-Collaboration and teamwork.
Location: This is a fully remote role.
Commitment: Full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
