Job Summary
As a Senior Data Engineer (11083) , you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.
Responsibilities and Duties

Write code that is efficient, well-documented, and maintainable; mentor and support others on the team to do the same
Ensure high data quality by leading the development and maintenance of data tests and alerting, so our team is aware of data issues before customers are impacted
Own the development process on the Data & Analytics team and iteratively work to improve the efficiency and robustness of our data SDLC

Qualifications and Skills

Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
You have experience with data warehousing, transformation tools & pipelines (we use dbt). This would be nice to have.
You have excellent SQL skills and are able to write and optimize complex queries.
You have a working knowledge of Python.
You can communicate effectively about technical concepts at many levels of complexity, and you enjoy working with colleagues to translate business questions into technical requirements and solutions.
You like building and testing scrappy data solutions, you can identify and execute on strategies to scale them into long-running maintainable systems, and you can thoughtfully prioritize between these approaches given business value and context.
You understand principles of data warehouse design and organization (e.g. dimensional modeling).
Understanding of the development, and life cycle process of ETL or ELT.
Experience with acquiring data from different sources and storing them also experience with providing processed data.
