We are growing fast as a team so that's why we are currently looking for a Senior QA XR/VR Specialist Engineer allocated in Costa Rica, Colombia or Argentina willing to accept challenges and with a good level of communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our product management team to understand functional requirements.
Partner with our engineering team to increase unit testing and verify product quality throughout the development cycle.
Write test strategies and test plans.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover new bugs.
Script automated tests across the software stack.
Create documentation to track issues and solutions and maintain test runs.
Report on product quality and performance metrics to product development team.
Guide and share knowledge with teams on the latest testing frameworks and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role, with experience testing Unity or Unreal Engine.
Demonstrated experience running performance profiling on real-time applications.
Experience performing manual testing and automation testing frameworks for web/cloud based solutions.
Experience with varied test frameworks across different languages.
Enthusiasm and interest for extended or mixed reality (XR, VR, AR).
Knowledge of current trends in software testing, and can easily discuss TDD and BDD.
Demonstrated experience designing test process around bug life cycle.
Interested in solving testing challenges in graphics and multi-user behaviors.
Data-driven and able to use quantitative evidence to support your solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background and interest in writing custom testing frameworks.
Experience using a scripting language like Python.
Experience in AEC and CAD software such as Revit or Navisworks.
Ideas around testing games and other applications without traditional user interfaces.
Experience with load and stress testing on a network.
Experience with performance testing and evaluation.
Collaboration and strong written and verbal communication skills.
