Job Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst (11212), you will play a critical role in evaluating and documenting business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, creating detailed documentation that outlines current and future state processes, and ensuring alignment between business goals and project objectives. By defining epics, features, and user stories, you will collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Your contributions will be key in ensuring that the final product meets stakeholder expectations and drives business success.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate and document business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define epics, features, and user stories, working closely with product managers and development teams.
• Assist in gathering requirements, analyzing business objectives, and defining product features in collaboration with product analysts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and ensure project alignment.
• Create and analyze detailed process maps to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Manage project tasks and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes, requirements, and changes, ensuring they are kept up to date.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Effective communication skills to ensure alignment and clarity on business goals and requirements.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Bizagi.
• Experience in creating detailed process maps and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills to inform business decisions and identify trends.
• Ability to manage project tasks and timelines effectively.
