About the job
As an Operations Specialist at Savant, your primary role will involve receiving new orders from customers, as well as tracking and tracing the orders and containers we receive. You will be responsible for entering these orders into our system, ensuring the upload of necessary documents, and keeping customers informed about new appointments and the status of their orders.
In this role, our agents have the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge related to imports and exports, intermodal logistics, and enhance their communication skills by using business language on a daily basis. This position offers you a platform to showcase the wealth of knowledge you've accumulated throughout your career while also fostering the development of new skills.
Main Roles:
- Office located in Sabaneta
