About the role
The Junior Associate, Content Creation position is designed for a graduate in Communications, Journalism, or a related field with at least 1.5 years of experience in content creation. This role focuses on producing high-quality written materials, such as articles from executive interviews, industry reports, and engaging social media posts. The associate will also conduct in-depth interviews with C-level executives and write about various industry-specific and cross-industry topics like board governance, private equity, and startups. Strong research, communication, and storytelling skills are essential, with a proactive and creative approach being key to success in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Expert Interviewing: Skilled in conducting virtual in-depth discussions with C-level executives across diverse industries, adept at leading insightful and engaging discussions.
  • Content Creation: Proficient in crafting compelling written content, including but not limited to articles derived from C-level executive interviews, industry reports, and dynamic social media posts.
  • (BONUS) Graphic Design: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software, with the ability to create a wide range of visuals including graphs, tables, infographics, scatter plots, flowcharts, dashboards, presentation slides, wireframes, iconography, data visualizations, interactive designs, and other graphical elements to enhance content and deliver clear, impactful communication.
Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated 1.5+ year experience in written content creation.
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills with a proactive approach to learning and exploring new topics.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling across various outlets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in writing about industry-specific and cross-industry topics, with a strong interest in board governance, private equity, venture capital, deal advisory, investment, startups, mentorship, and related subjects.
