HR Assistant Role Summary: As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with recruitment and employee onboarding. Role Information:
Work Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift
Job Duration: ongoing project, no end date
Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Creating and posting job vacancies on specialized websites and social media platforms.
Reviewing resumes and conducting direct searches for full-time (operations, marketing, sales, etc.) and freelance positions (translators, editors, etc.)
Coordinating candidate interviews.
Organizing and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
Perform other special projects or duties when required.
Required skills:
Language skills: fluent English
Russian language is a plus
High attention to details, efficient time-management, and strong organizational skills
Upbeat, positive attitude
Education Requirements:
BA or MA in an area related to Linguistics is preferred.
Other Requirements:
Fluent in English
