About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (Saa S) solution to other brokers.
Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Head of Sales to join our team.
Tasks:
- Manage and oversee the sales and retention efforts, specifically focusing on the growth and retention of the user segment;
- Lead the team by participating in hiring processes, providing training, and monitoring team performance to ensure optimal results;
- Develop, test, and optimize triggers and scripts to enhance user engagement and retention;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with company goals;
- Analyze user data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and retention within the user segment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar position;
- Strong background in developing and implementing successful sales strategies;
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and mentoring sales teams;
- English language proficiency (B2+);
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish languages will be considered an advantage.
