We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pattern Maker to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple categories, including men’s, women’s, children’s, and lingerie garments.
This is a remote position, and you will be working with our design and production teams to create precise, technical patterns that align with our clients' vision and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and detailed digital patterns for a wide range of garments including men’s, women’s, children’s, and lingerie.
- Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to ensure patterns meet design, fit, and production requirements.
- Modify existing patterns to enhance fit and production efficiency.
- Ensure all patterns are created with attention to detail, accuracy, and are production-ready.
- Communicate clearly with the team to address any potential production challenges related to patterns.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and cutting-edge production techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making, preferably across various garment types.
- Strong technical knowledge in men’s, women’s, children’s, and lingerie garments.
- Proficiency in pattern-making software such as Gerber, Optitex, or Lectra.
- Experience working with digital and physical patterns.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction and production processes.
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience working with sustainable or eco-friendly fabrics.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced fashion production or manufacturing environment.
