Bilingual Call Center Sales Agent - On-site work in Bogota

What skills/interests will make you a great asset to our team?
*We are looking for Call Center Agents or commercial advisors with a minimum of 2 years of experience and B2-C1 conversational English.
*Person with great commercial skills through identification, prospecting, negotiation and successful closing of sales.
*Developing sales strategies, establishing strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing profitability.
*Call calling sales experience.* Preferably sales experience with US clients.

- Salary: 2,800,000 COP – 3,000,000 COP + Commissions
- Fortnightly Payments
- Commissions: with out limits min 112.500 COP- max 225.000 COP per sale
- Indefinite contract
- Fully Paid Training
- Corporate Benefits (Platzi platform)
- All benefits required by law
- Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm
- Workplace: Usaquen (ON SITE)
- Bonus and business benefits on your birthday.
