We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Recruitment Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and fit of candidates who will join our clients' construction companies.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and complete client onboarding.
Gather essential client information.
Set up ATS systems correctly.
Post job ads accurately.
Evaluate communication during onboarding.
Deliver accurate and comprehensive weekly recruiting updates.
Screen applicants effectively and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Identify suitable candidates for client positions.
Maintain detailed documentation and clear team communication.
Foster a collaborative team environment.
Proactively engage with candidates to enhance their experience.Requirements:
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Strong understanding of ATS platforms.
Ability to evaluate resumes against specific job criteria.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Very proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, & Microsoft Office.
Human Resource experience is a plus!
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in recruitment and client management.

Compensation:

Fully remote position $5-$6/hr. (US dollars)+ ALL Upwork Fees will be reimbursed to you by Contractor Staffing Source.
