As an Account Development Executive, you will: -Acquire new customers for the company and reactive inactive accounts. -Build long-term relationships by proactively prospecting and gaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs to position GLT as a strategic business partner. -Propose effective strategies to reactivate, maintain, and maximize our existing company accounts. -Manage solutions tailored to each account, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service for our customers. -Expand our customer database and identify new business opportunities. - Maintain our CRM updated, ensuring that customer management is properly recorded for easy reference. Minimum requirements: Studies: A High School Degree is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered. Experience: At least one year of experience in a sales position, preferably in the logistics sector, in intangible sales, and in developing and developing accounts. Language: Strong proficiency in English is essential to communicate effectively. (B2+ or higher). Perks: -Work mode: Remote. -Contract: Indefinitely contract. -Training: You will participate in a highly interactive three-week paid training program in the logistics industry. -Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with one hour for lunch.
