Virtual Intake Specialist

Job description
We are an Immigration Law Firm located in Miami, Florida looking to onboard a new Virtual Intake Specialist.
The position is open to candidates in Latin America and the Caribbean who are looking for WFH opportunities, from M-F 8:30-5:30pm EDT/EST.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a bilingual candidate to join our Acquisitions Team as an Intake Specialist. The required languages are English and Haitian Creole.
Some of the tasks you will be taking on:

Taking/Returning calls to and from potential clients and transferring calls from clients to the relevant departments within the firm.
Data input into our CRM system
Document management
Consequent follow ups for PC and managing our agenda
Staying in touch with US immigration updates and researching topics of interest.

This position is open to individuals who consider themselves to be customer oriented, have great verbal and written communication skills in English as well as the languages listed in their CV, and can move well around Google Suite and willing to learn and adapt to other online systems.
Job Requirements
There is no previous legal experience required, but we will consider candidates who can demonstrate:

Professional and effective communication skills with clients as well as other teammembers.
High level of initiative to learn and improve the quality of their work.
Detail oriented.
Have a quiet, well lit workspace with great internet connection.
Inquisitive and eager to learn about immigration related topics.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $880,000 - $930,000 per month
