IT SAP Business Analyst – Supply Chain Role Overview: Join the Global EBS team as a Contract IT SAP Business Analyst – Supply Chain (Logistics with GT Nexus International Trade). Lead development and deployment work related to SAP Domestic and International Logistics process design. Locations: Santiago, CL | Asuncion, PY | Montevideo, UY | Buenos Aires, AR | Sao Paulo, BR -Remote but will have to go onsite to the Chili Plant up to 25% of the time. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the preparation, realization, Go Live, and Hypercare phases of SAP Global Template and localization projects in Chile.
Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal customers, supported by the EBS Supply Chain workstream Lead.
Provide creative solutions to address gaps and issues identified during Solution Confirmation workshops.
Ensure standard SAP solution usage and provide workarounds as needed.
Customize/Configure SAP landscape for complex business requirements.
Participate in/support testing activities of configuration changes and new developments, including creating test scenarios and executing various testing phases.
Maintain expert product knowledge and identify opportunities for enhancements.
Develop and execute plans to ensure efficient delivery of results.
Skills and Attributes:
Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong business and written acumen.
Experience partnering with business counterparts to bridge technical solutions against local process requirements.
Leading Solution Confirmation workshops, using global template processes to articulate fit/gap developments, change impacts, and risks.
Effective problem-solving skills, capable of developing problem statements that resonate with business partners and leadership.
Proactive and highly engaged approach, fostering a partnership rather than an IT vs. Business relationship.
Willingness to travel up to two weeks at a time, up to five times throughout the deployment.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of combined experience in Supply Chain, ERP, or Warehouse Management.
Strong experience with logistics international trade within SAP, including integration process and execution using GT Nexus.
Five years of recent SAP work experience in Logistics domestic and international transportation and trade.
Knowledge of Outbound Processing, Transportation Management, and Inbound/Outbound delivery processing, including Warehouse Management and Production Planning/Scheduling.
Experience configuring SAP and considering integration points with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Some ABAP development experience.
Hands-on experience with Tier 2 Logistics data migration into SAP systems using SAP BODS, LSMW, BDC.
