Your Mission:
Manage the marketing processes associated with the sale of spare parts, the development of new products service, as well as planning, operation, and spare parts inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the design of the area's Marketing Plan, which considers market research and definition of the target customer, marketing strategy, definition of the marketing mix (product, pricing policies, communication, supply, and distribution planning), control of the implementation and progress of the plan.
- Establish a close relationship with the sales area, providing them with strategies and commercial plans to deploy in the field and thus achieve monthly sales goals.
- Coordination and agreements with the factory PSD Marketing area.
- Support customer management CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for the
- Sales: portfolio management, opportunity management, territorial coverage (Territory
- Management), market research, etc.
- Fully manage the personnel under your dependence, on issues related to
- recruitment, training, promotions, compensation, evaluations, succession plan, etc.
- Create reports, reports, and tasks at the request of your Management.
Your profile:
- Civil, Commercial, Mining, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer. Marketing specialization or compatible experience.
- English necessary to hold meetings with factories abroad.
- Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in management of service sales teams and/or Product Manager in mining or holding positions as product manager of Industry teams.
- Availability for national travel. 2-4 annual trips.
- Interact with all types of professionals regardless of their hierarchies.
- Clear customer service orientation.
- Good oral and written communication.
