Watier Cosmetics, which is part of the Groupe Marcelle, is currently recruiting a Watier Skin Care Sales Ambassador and Part-Time Makeup Artist to join its team.
This position is that of a Watier ambassador and requires the candidate to achieve sales targets at each event while focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
We are looking for a person who is passionate about people and service, with experience in retail, art, and education. The candidate must be an excellent salesperson, capable of recruiting, advising, and closing sales while adhering to the guidelines and standards of our retailer. The candidate should also be able to conduct events and training at the store level. They must possess effective communication skills, implement timely reporting practices, and build collaborative relationships. Excellence in customer service, artistic sense, and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment are essential for success in this role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work Location: We are recruiting for different territories:

British Columbia: Lower Mainland, Interior, Greater Vancouver Area, Victoria.
Ontario: Downtown Toronto Area.
PEI: Charlottetown.
New Brunswick: Quispamsis.
Nova Scotia: Halifax Regional Municipality - Halifax/Dartmouth.

• Salary: Between $20 and $25 per hour based on experience.
• Work Schedule: 1 to 2 shifts per week lasting 5 hours each.
• Must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
• Must be able to travel to assigned stores, which requires access to transportation to and from the stores.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide complete Watier customer service in-store, achieving sales that meet or exceed set targets.
• Reach the retail sales target during each in-store work period.
• Meet or exceed all personal objectives to make a positive contribution to the team and the store.
• Strive to achieve sales goals during events and hourly sales targets.
• Promote the brand by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit while adhering to company guidelines.
• Provide top-notch training to store teams to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
• Be responsible for completing all administrative tasks within set deadlines.
• Adhere to the dress code while evolving artistic looks to reflect current trends.
• Be accountable for the schedule provided in advance, ensuring punctuality and readiness to work.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in cosmetic retail.
• Proven ability to engage consumers and recruit them for the brand.
• Ability to track sales and KPIs achieved during shifts.
• Ability to work collaboratively and establish positive/effective business partnerships.

• An entrepreneurial spirit.
