WHAT'S THE JOB?
We are hiring a Tim Hortons - Team Lead to work at our Tim Hortons located at the University of PEI. With no Drive-Through, we operate Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends! This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff.
As a Team Lead, you will delight our clients by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.

Job Description
WHAT'S THE JOB?

This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff.
As a Team Lead, you will delight our clients by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.
- Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs
- Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills
- Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
- Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process
- Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous experience working in a Tim Hortons or another fast pace food service establishment
- 2 years Supervision experience
- Able to communicate well in written and verbal English
- Experience as a cashier an asset
