In summary, what does the role entail?
As a Stockroom Clerk at Bath Fitter, you will be responsible for the effective and optimal management of the workshop's inventory and all stored items. You will also participate in the daily activities of the department.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

• Training as a parts clerk, warehouse worker, or other relevant experience.
• Possession of a driver's license or ability to obtain one for operating equipment such as pallet jacks, electric forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Knowledge of ERP and CMMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with various units of measurement.
• Ability to work in a hot environment.

As a Stockroom Clerk, what will your responsibilities be?

• Manage the complete order process, from request to delivery, ensuring rigorous follow-up.
• Inspect and confirm the complete receipt of materials, products, and goods as per orders.
• Optimize the organized and accessible storage of items in the department and perform periodic inventories.
• Analyze and communicate inventory and process discrepancies, taking corrective measures as necessary.
• Handle materials using forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or overhead cranes while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Validate received or shipped items and quantities against internal and external purchase orders, and enter data into the inventory system.
• Comply with the company's health and safety regulations.
