Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

What you will do:
- Oversees the body shop technical team; apprentices, repair techs, painters and preppers
- Monitors and maintains a high level of technician productivity through training, coaching, follow up
- Ensures proper workflow throughout the entire shop from approval of assignment to the delivery of the vehicle to our guest
- Relays accurate promise times to the team members responsible for contacting our guests
- Checks each vehicle before delivery to our guest
- 310 B License
- Minimum 5 years autobody repair experience
- Shop foreman experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Superior communication skills
- Servant leadership approach
- Change management and system integration experience
