Scotts Canada Ltd., in St. Margaret's, NB, is seeking individuals interested in employment within the Shipping Department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Applicants MUST:

Work in a safe manner and display a good attitude

Have reliable transportation

Work independently and as part of a team

Be capable of working overtime
-
Be capable of working in a dusty environment and in cold and hot conditions

Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Meet minimum performance standards

Have experience in operating an articulated forklift, or be willing to be trained as an operator
-
Have a Class 1 driver’s license OR be able to demonstrate competence operating a yard jockey with automatic transmission and air brakes

No have physical restrictions limiting one’s ability to properly wear Personal Protective Equipment

Provide a CPIC (Criminal Record) Check. Note: This is NOT a requirement for current Scotts Associates
Applicants MAY have to provide a driver’s abstract (driving record)
Bilingualism is an asset, but not a requirement.
Wages as per collective agreement (currently $21.07 / hr, increasing to $21.27 on October 6)
