The Service Writers areresponsible for the direct selling of all products offered by Integra Tire. The profitable sale of all tire products both new tires and retreads is the primary focus of the Sales Representative activities.

What are your main duties & responsibilities?

• Greet Customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner and look after their needs and concerns to the best of your ability.
• Maintain a link and constant communication with existing accounts.
• Develop, implement and maintain new business to increase market share and generate additional business.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and that their experience has been acceptable and take corrective action where this is not the case.
• Personally visit each of your commercial accounts on a regular basis to meet with customers to assess their level of satisfaction and any needs they may have.
• On an ongoing basis inform management about any competitive activity relevant to your territory.
• Be a primary point of contact for inquiries, questions and resolution of brand-specific issues.
• Drive Client’s vehicles in and out of the Service Bays in a safe courteous manner.
• Drive Client’s vehicles on Public Roads to diagnose drivability issues and while doing so obey all traffic laws and speed limits.
• Uphold the Integra Tire image in all dealings with Customers and while driving company vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to work with colleagues in a co-operative manner
• Able to deal with the public
• Physically capable of performing the duties and responsibilities as described
• Sales and marketing experience
• Computer training and experience
• Good communication skills
• Inventory and expense control
• Valid Yukon Driver’s License required

Also :

• Be able to operate the computer storefront procedures as taught by the store assistant manager or manager;
• Perform your duties in a safety conscious manner that protects all employees and customers from injury and/or damage to property, both company and 3'd party;
• Provide assistance to co-workers on an ongoing basis as and when required;
• Undertake training as per the Customer Service modules and product knowledge courses put on from time to time, in order to be knowledgeable enough to recommend the proper tire for the right application.
