Service Advisor / Admin Clerk
City Tire & Auto (Grand Falls-Windsor) is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Admin Clerk to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team.
Work Expectation

• Provide customer service for automotive repair and maintenance.
• Provide customer service for tire sales, repair and maintenance.
• Review work orders and discuss work with management and/or customer.
• Review work orders and direct the needed work with automotive technicians and tire technicians.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Daily admin duties, bank deposits, A/R payment processing, A/P processing, etc.
• Attention to detail.
• Good computer skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Hours of Operation is 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Monday through Friday.
• Permanent position.

The Ideal Candidate

• A skilled Service Advisor with one or more years experience that works well within a team environment.
• Experience in an automotive or tire environment would be beneficial.
• Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation: $20.61 - $22.72 per hour for experienced service advisors.
• Plus incentive based earnings.
