Are you looking for a great opportunity to work for one of Canada’s largest RV companies in their Service Department? If you are, look no further as Cana Dream is seeking a Pre-Delivery Tech / Exterior Cleaner to join our team!

Job Duties:
You will be responsible for the following:

• Performing Pre-Delivery Inspections on RVs and repairing them
• Cleaning the exterior of our RVs (windows and the different compartments)
• Applying troubleshooting techniques and determining proper repair procedures on RVs
• Disassembling, inspecting and determining parts needed, and reassembling to factor specifications
• Identifying warranty claims and coordinating repairs
• Assisting guests with on-road issues
• Providing “cradle to grave” customer service
• Maintaining a safe work area for customers and co-workers
• Performing duties with minimal supervision
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive cleaning and detailing will be considered strong assets
• Automotive mechanical knowledge an asset
• Hands-on experience in RV preventative maintenance, propane systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, air conditioning, refrigerators, heating systems, water systems & slides is preferred
• Familiar with reading and interpreting diagrams
• Knowledge of installation and product specifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where guest and customer satisfaction is the highest priority
• Ability to work in a physically demanding position with repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outside and in inclement weather
• Basic math and computer skills
• Excellent organizational/sequencing skills
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Enthusiastic, excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
