We are a law firm based in Newfoundland and Labrador, providing a wide range of legal services to our clients. We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and to help support our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Schedule client appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and drafting correspondence.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an asset, preferably in a legal environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
