Warmly greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and oversee front desk operations
Perform accurate data entry tasks
Provide essential administrative support to our dealership staff
Organize and file documents efficiently
Process client payments for vehicle purchases and accounts
Address customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
Utilize computerized systems to enhance efficiency in completing tasks
Ideal Skills:
Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in using computerized systems for administrative tasks
