Leston Holdings is a property management and development company with a growing portfolio of multi-family residential properties throughout Edmonton. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone that is energetic and professional, with exceptional customer service skills, good time management and the ability to perform detail-oriented administration work: Responsibilities:
Rent collection, evictions, delivery of notices, etc.
Conduct move-out inspections
Advertise and generate interest in our Apartment Buildings by touring the property with prospects and answering all questions.
Assist prospective tenants in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information
Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
Process all lease applications and notify prospective tenants whether their application has been accepted or declined.
Compile new tenant files (sign lease agreement, confirm all information is provided, verify tenant insurance and utility hook up
Complete move-in inspections with approved applicants
Stay informed and aware of rents, specials, and events promoted by competitors

Qualifications:
Property Management experience required
Requires a valid driver's license and vehicle
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
Schedule
Monday to Friday - 9 am- 5 pm
