Job Description:
The Part Time Data Entry Clerk at UPS handles inbound customer support calls and identifies the purpose of inquiries. Daily interactions with internal and external customers occur via phone, fax, and email. Responsibilities include entering and processing both domestic and international shipments in accordance with UPS and local regulations.

Workdays: Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday

Shift Structure: AM and or Overnight

Shift Start Times: 2AM or 10PM

Shift Duration: between 3 – 5 hours daily

Hourly Wage: $17.50
Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and assess customer needs.

Accurately input data into UPS systems within specified timeframes.

Review and forward legal documents as necessary.

Provide administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills.

Typing proficiency of 40+ words per minute.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
