Job Summary
This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software programs. This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. They may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
Job-Type: Permanent, Part Time Location: 22 Aero Dr NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 8Z9 Pay rate: $18.65/hr. Shift Start time: 8:00 PM Shift Hours: 3-5 hours per day (Flexibility Required as per operational needs) Workdays: Monday to Friday * Flexibility Required

Responsibilities:
Actively respond to customer queries via telephone, providing exceptional service while managing data entry and maintaining files
Prepare and design professional reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
Collaborate on the preparation and distribution of critical internal information, ensuring smooth communication across departments
Stay connected with security via radio, managing inbound and outbound traffic with efficiency and precision
Utilize web-based application to oversee and coordinate trailer movements on the property during high-paced sort operations
Build strong relationships with external contractors, ensuring seamless coordination of load pickups and drop-offs
Thrive in a role that requires an outgoing and assertive personality, comfortably interacting with a variety of individuals in diverse situations
Embrace a dynamic work environment by performing various additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manage
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
Proven ability to accurately and efficiently manage data entry tasks.
Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and basic research skills to effectively manage daily challenges
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
6 months to 1 year of office support experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay rate of $18.65/hr.
