Part-Time Administrative Assistant

is currently seeking a Part Time Office Administrator for our Regina branch. Previous administrative experience working within an industrial construction organization would be considered an asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in an administrative role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices
- Filing
- Data entry
- Schedule employee orientations and safety training
- Assist with coordinating business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum of 1-2 year experience in office administration role
- Good computer skills, specifically with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point), One Drive, Teams, Outlook, Forms
- Proficient in data entry
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy is a must
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a willingness to learn
