Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
The sessional instructor will teach the elective Information in Public Policy & Decision-Making course (INFO 6100) during the 2025 Winter term. The course is scheduled for one 3-hour period per week (Wednesdays 2:35-5:25) January to April 2025. This is a joint course for students in the Master of Information, Master of Public Administration, and the School for Resource and Environmental Studies.
Qualifications/Requirements of Position
Requirements of the Position: MLIS degree (or similar) and significant employment or research experience in policy making, evidence-based policy decisions, and information use in policy. Prior graduate-level teaching experience in this area (or similar) would be an asset.

All offers of employment as a part-time academic are conditional upon sufficient student enrolment in the courses and approval by the University.
Salary Range/Pay Rate
$6,478 per course (In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement)
