Opthalmology Technician
Our practice is looking for an experienced and positive ophthalmic technician to join our practice. We seek someone with excellent communication skills who is very professional and compassionate when interacting with patients and coworkers. Technician experience in an ophthalmology office is preferred.
Duties:
Take detailed patient medical and ocular histories.
Conduct preliminary tests like Visual acuity, pupil dilation, and refractometry.
Perform diagnostic imaging such as fundus photo camera, retinal photography OCT, and Visual fileds.
Calibrate and maintain ophthalmic instruments.
Schedule appointments and handle patient records.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
