Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of car rental systems
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordinating with other organizational departments, and managing calendars
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement better system to enhance employees skills and knowledges
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and handle incoming calls in a courteous manner
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintaining workplace cleanliness
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
