We are looking for an Office Administrator, to join our team and provide administrative and organizational support to our leadership and broader team for 15-20 hours/week (to start).

As our Office Administrator, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations, helping leadership and our creative team focus on their highest-impact work. This is a part-time in-person position (1pm-5pm - Mon-Fri). Remote applicants will not be considered. If successful in the role, this could lead to full-time employment.
You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, including but not limited to:
Supporting the leadership team with scheduling and email management
CRM management and updates
Event coordination and general office management
Building slide decks and preparing pre-production logistics
Drafting estimates and managing invoices
Supporting additional administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing freelance contacts, and arranging off-site shoot logistics
You'll have the chance to learn on the go through video instructions and hands-on experience, with opportunities to quickly implement new skills and solve problems independently. What Success Looks Like

You’ll support our leadership and creative teams by mastering administrative tasks and keeping everything on track.
You’ll help keep our CRM up-to-date, assist with office events, and coordinate key business operations.
You’ll be a proactive contributor and a team player, willing to change direction quickly and take on new challenges, making work and life easier for the entire team.

Compensation
$25/hr + benefits.
