The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Duties
Manage Real Estate Transaction files, check for compliance, and follow up with REALTORS® to ensure complete files.
Be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients
Aid with training Real Estate Agents on new technology systems available to them
Aid with the onboarding of new Real Estate Agents
Any other duties as needed
Requirements
Post Secondary Education
Excellent at building rapport
Easily learns & can teach how to use technology
People oriented
Experience with Data Entry
Good organizational skills
Detailed oversight of contracts
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with training development is a plus
