Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, the Hospitality Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy, execution, and reporting for Muir Hotel and the Delta by Marriott Dartmouth hotel. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of marketing, including social media, advertising campaigns, media relations, and branding. Additionally, they will play a key role in onboarding and rebranding new hotels as they join our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in hospitality marketing, a passion for luxury branding, and a proven ability to drive results.

As the Hospitality Marketing Manager, you’ll get to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and guest engagement for Muir Hotel, Delta Hotels Dartmouth, and future properties.
- Collaborate closely with general managers, sales teams, and executives to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on enhancing the luxury brand image of Muir and the superior service of Delta Hotels Dartmouth.
- Create and curate compelling content, including written copy, graphics, and videos, that resonates with high-end and discerning audiences.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Lead the rebranding and integration of newly acquired or onboarded hotels, ensuring seamless brand transitions and consistent guest experiences.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Muir Hotel and Delta Hotels Dartmouth, upholding the highest standards of luxury and hospitality across all marketing channels.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
What we’re looking for:
- University degree or technical diploma with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous Marketing Management experience ideally within the hospitality industry is considered an asset
- Deep understanding of luxury brand marketing and hospitality industry trends is preferred
- Expertise in social media management, with a track record of creating engaging content and driving audience growth.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies for luxury and premium properties.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in media relations and handling press inquiries is a plus.
- Team player with strong leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
