- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience developing, implementing and leading marketing strategies in a large organization
- You have experience managing a team.

- You are an expert in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and French (Quebec).
- You have experience working in Customer Services or Aftermarket business.
