Ensures compliance with all corporate policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
Able to exceed the guests’ needs by ensuring all linen is produced according to standards and ready for guest use upon arrival, therefore creating the first impression for our resort
Able to attend to work reliably
Able to work safely and securely in a manner that protects the integrity and safety of the guest, team members and hotel
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - 1 year experience in a Housekeeping department of a resort preferred - Proven outstanding listening and problem solving skills - Ability to quickly and accurately produce incoming and outgoing linen - Proven ability to carry out instructions in standardized situations - Ability to perform basic math skills to maintain minimum par stocks of linen required based on priority of daily operation - WHMIS preferred - Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external guests, and especially the Housekeeping and Food and Beverage outlets - Ability to observe all safety procedures when operating machinery - Proven previous experience as both an independent worker and as a team player required - Proven ability to multi-task and take direction well required - Proven Safe Work and reliable attendance record required - Proven organizational skills required - Flexible to a changing schedule - Being multi-lingual is an asset #INDMP Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $20.85 per hour Benefits:
