Laundry Aide
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our hotel's linens and ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Launder all linens including bedding, towels, and tablecloths
- Operate commercial washing and drying machines effectively
- Fold and organize clean linens for distribution
- Inspect linens for stains or damages and treat them accordingly
- Keep laundry area clean and organized
- Assist with inventory management of linens
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of laundry operations in a hotel setting is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with other staff members
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.18-$33.06 per hour
Work Location: In person
