Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team. As an Usher, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment, preparing the theatres after each show, and assisting with crowd control to ensure a positive experience throughout their visit. You should be able to work efficiently under pressure. you should bring in your C.V. in person.
Duties
Rémunération : à partir de 15,75$ par heure
Heures prévues : au minimum 12 par semaine

Duties
- Greet guests, check them in upon arrival, and assist with their needs.
- Guide patrons to their theatres while maintaining an orderly flow of traffic.
- Provide information about movie showings, venue policies, and ensure order inside the theatre and lobby.
- Monitor the audience during events to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a pleasant environment.
- Clean floors and cinema halls, along with performing daily janitorial tasks.
- Address guest concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests in various situations.
- A friendly demeanor and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with janitorial work is a plus.
