The Instructional Design / Change Management Professional - Training Support will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption of changes within the Procurement organization. This individual will collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that support organizational transformation.

Description
The Instructional Design / Change Management Professional - Training Support will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption of changes within the Procurement organization. This individual will collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that support organizational transformation.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the project team and the business to support gathering and confirming training requirements and organizational context.
- Support assessing and translating subject matter into content that can be easily understood by target audiences.
- Support the design and development of basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information brief.
- Apply guidelines, standards, and templates in creating materials.
- Plan and manage training delivery to target audiences.
- Execute and support the training delivery approach (e.g. deliver content where appropriate or enable others to deliver).
- Measure and evaluate effectiveness of training materials and delivery including lessons learned.
- Plan and execute corrective measures as needed.
- Develop sustainment plan for training.
- Hand over sustainment plan and training materials to business operations.
- (1) to two (2) years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within a project environment.
- Experience working in Procurement, Contract Management or related Supply Chain functions (nice to have)
- Experience with assisting in the design and development of basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information brief.
- Experience in coordinating and supporting Training delivery
- Experience with Share Point and web authoring
- Basic reporting and data manipulation skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Change Management on Technology projects
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems (nice to have)
- Experience with Camtasia, Video editing software (e.g. Movie Maker), an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills

Additional Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Technology, Business, or related discipline
- PROSCI Certification, an asset
- Project Management or other relevant business experience, an asset
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
- Quick learner and able to synthesize and make sense of information from multiple sources
- Organized, self-starter, and takes initiative
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Every contractor must supply their own Windows 10 or 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
- Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network.
