About the Position

ATS Traffic is looking for one Installation Supervisor to join our team! This position will be primarily responsible for installation of traffic and construction safety products as signs, posts, parking curbs, speed bumps, solar beacons, crash systems and guardrails. *Note: This role must travel for out of town for projects throughout Saskatchewan!
The Installer role is fundamental to the success of ATS Traffic and our customer satisfaction.
Are you comfortable reading blueprints and maps? Do you enjoy working independently, both with your hands as well as providing top notch customer service? Do you have a class 3 or better license? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Install required products in a safe, professional and timely manner
• Advise customers on their installation needs and recommend additional products or services
• Resolve any client issues with their Installations, leave a clean jobsite
• Maintain Installation equipment, company truck and associated inventories
• Transportation and operation of skid steer and 2 ton truck as necessary
• Understand and perform basic traffic control needs
• General yard organization and maintenance
• Assist with shipping and rentals as required

Qualifications

• A valid Class 3 or better Driver’s License and a Clean 3-Year Regular Drivers Abstract is required to drive our company vehicles.
• Own method of transportation to get to and from work is preferred.
• As this is a safety-sensitive role, all candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test. Note: All safety-sensitive positions have a zero tolerance policy marijuana, medical or recreational .
• Ability to successfully pass a Fit Test including lifting between 50 and 75 pounds.
• Experience in either Traffic Control or Construction industries is an asset, however ATS covers the cost and provides ALL training and tickets to get you started!
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All you need to bring is a pair of CSA Approved Safety Boots on your first day - we will cover the rest.

This position may be required to work overtime including evenings, weekends and out of town work.
